1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.

4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Notebooks must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.

5. What kind of paper do your notebooks use?

We use premium, thick, acid-free paper (80–100 GSM) that is smooth and highly resistant to bleed-through, making it suitable for fountain pens, gel pens, and markers.

6. Are the notebooks suitable for fountain pens?

Yes. Most of our notebooks are specifically designed with fountain-pen-friendly paper to minimize feathering and bleed-through.

7. What formats and sizes do you offer?

We offer a variety of formats:

Lined, dotted, blank, and grid pages are available depending on the model.

8. Are the covers hard or soft?

We offer both hardcover (durable and premium feel) and softcover (lightweight and flexible) options.

Many of our premium notebooks include numbered pages, inner pockets, and index pages — perfect for bullet journaling and organization.

10. Are the notebooks suitable for bullet journaling?

Yes. Our dotted notebooks are very popular among bullet journal enthusiasts.

11. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

12. How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.

13. What if my notebook arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.
